Wayne Peed Obituary, In Loving Memory Of Wayne Peed

Wayne Peed Obituary, Death – On Monday, Wayne L. Peed, who was 85 years old, passed away at Rex Hospital. He was the son of the late Arvie Lee Peed and Ola Tutor Peed, both of whom passed away before he was born in Johnston County. As a teacher at a vocational high school for thirty years and as a devoted member of the Angier Kiwanis club for more than fifty-seven years, Wayne was committed to the success of his pupils. He cherished his time with his grandkids and did so whenever he had the opportunity to do so.

On Friday, September 8th, at three o’clock in the afternoon, there will be a memorial ceremony conducted at the Angier Baptist Church in Angier. in the conclusion of the ceremony, the burial will take place in the Sandy Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Angier. At the church, beginning at one in the afternoon and continuing until two and forty-five minutes before the ceremony, the family will greet friends.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Gale B. Peed; daughters, Winona Peed of Angier, Sandee Zechman of Angier; stepdaughter, Sharon Etris (Lee) of Yosemite, KY; stepson, Ronnie Timm (Melissa)of Bracey, VA; sister, Sandra Young (Durwood) of Benson; niece, Amy Agnor (Matthew) of Benson; grandchildren, Natalie, Sophia, Jacob, Emma, Dalton, Dylan, Chris, Ray, Dariene, and Holly; and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Ron Peed. His parents also passed away before him.
