The Kershaw County Coroner, David West, has officially identified Timothy, who was pronounced deceased at MUSC Kershaw Health following a devastating accident while he was diligently working at a job site on Cantey Hill Road in Camden.
Timothy’s passing has left a profound impact on those who had the privilege of knowing him, particularly his colleagues at Black River, the company he proudly served. According to a statement from Black River CEO Charlie Allen, Timothy was part of a crew working on Cantey Hill Road in Cassatt when he made contact with a piece of equipment that had become energized. Immediate efforts were made to resuscitate him until paramedics arrived on the scene.
The Black River family is grappling with the immense sorrow of losing one of their own. Charlie Allen expressed the collective grief, stating, “Black River is a close-knit family, and we are devastated with this loss.
