Shelby Sigsby Obituary, Death – On Saturday, September 9, 2023, Shelby Sigsby, age 27, from Greenville, South Carolina, went away unexpectedly at her home. Shelby was a remarkable and kind person. She was a devoted wife, an amazing mother, and a fantastic daughter in addition to being a wonderful person. Shelby enjoyed going fishing with her dad when she was a kid, and as an adult, she continues to take her own family fishing because it’s something they all enjoy doing together.

Spending time with her girls was one of Shelby’s favorite things to do, along with going for walks and riding bikes. The Notebook was her all-time favorite film, and she and her husband had seen it so many times that the count couldn’t possibly be accurate. In addition, Shelby was never too busy to take some time off, take in the natural beauty of her surroundings, and appreciate the straightforward pleasures that life has to offer. Her time on earth may have been cut far too short, but the impression she left on those who were fortunate enough to know her will endure for generations, and she will be sorely lost by everybody.

Staying Alive Shelby’s family includes her grandmother, Charlotte Scott; her mother, Angie Blain; her father, Jason Wood; her husband, Devin Sigsby; their daughters Brynlee, Braelyn, and Addison; her sisters Brandy (Zach), and Hilary; her brother, Cody; and her father. Her grandfather, Robert Wood, and her great grandmother, Lila Dickinson, both passed away before Shelby was born.

On Saturday, September 16th, a celebration of Shelby’s life will be held from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan, which is located at 246 S. Main St. You are free to come and go during the day as your schedule requires. Donations can be made in her honor to Devin, who can accept them on behalf of the family as they cope with the loss of Shelby, which came as a complete shock to everyone.
