He was 70 years old. Paul’s departure followed a brave and valiant battle against throat cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family during his final moments, finding comfort in their warm embrace. Paul’s life was one of resilience, strength, and a profound love for his family. His legacy is woven with the threads of courage, love, and unwavering determination. Despite the challenges he faced, he remained steadfast in his fight against cancer, setting an example of fortitude that will forever be remembered.
A celebration of Paul’s life will take place on what would have been his 71st birthday, a fitting tribute to a man who brought so much joy to those around him. The funeral service will be held at The Hurlet Crematorium, located on Glasgow Road in East Renfrewshire, starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 26th. Following the service, friends and family are invited to join together at The Glynhill Hotel, situated on Paisley Road in Renfrew, to continue celebrating Paul’s life and to offer each other support during this time of loss.
