Nan Cot Obituary, Bones Pilates & Movement Member has died

Nan Cot Obituary, Death – We participated in the 2021 Memory Walk to bring attention to Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. This year, we will be participating in the event, still with the intention of raising awareness, but also in remembrance of our lovely Nan Cot Cot.

Regards, Nan We are grateful that you have taught us what it is to love. We are grateful that you have always prioritized spending time with your family. I want to express my gratitude for the comforting hugs that, even in the darkest of moments, never failed to bring a smile to my face. We are grateful for the joy and fun that you have brought to each and every one of us.

We are grateful that you demonstrated to us how to throw an appropriate party. I am grateful that you are you. Because of all of these factors, even a brief period of time spent with you has resulted in the formation of countless priceless recollections that we will all hold dear for the rest of our lives.

Goodbye is neither the end, nor is it the beginning of forever. Simply said, it says “I’ll miss you until the next time we get together.” Always in our thoughts and prayers The Alzheimer’s Society is making an indelible mark in the field of dementia research and care. We shall work toward creating a society in which persons who are afflicted with dementia get care and acceptance, and are allowed to remain in their community without fear or discrimination until such time as a cure is discovered.

One of our wonderful members is currently assisting in a fund-raising effort for a member of her family who recently passed away. Since the beginning of our time together, Anita has never missed a single class and has consistently shown her support for Bones. You are all aware of how much I appreciate it when others show their support for me.

Therefore, if I am in a position to repay the favor, I will. Anita is pleased with the lessons, and she, along with many of you, has expressed the opinion that ours is the only studio that has been able to keep their interest in attending on a weekly basis. When I first started getting into shape, thirty years ago, this was the primary goal I had in mind.
