Kevin Grady Obituary, Friends And Family Mourns Kevin Grady, Funeral Details
Kevin Grady Obituary, Death – Kevin Grady, the most cherished resident of Brockport, went suddenly on September 10, 2023, at the age of 48, as the result of an unexpected medical occurrence. Put a hockey stick by your front door tonight to honor Kevin and remember him with me. Please join me in doing so. We would appreciate it if you could post images of your stick along with its location in the comments section below so that we may demonstrate to the Grady family how far Kevin’s reach has extended.
Kevin was the driving force behind the success of the ice rink at SUNY Brockport. He was the longstanding administrator of the ice skating rink, the driver of the Zamboni, a young hockey coach, and the organizer of the Scott Empey Memorial Ice Hockey Tournament. Most importantly, Kevin was the devoted husband of Danielle (Cumberledge) Grady and the doting father of his four stunning children, Forrest, Alahna, Sheridan, and Maeve, all of whom possess the same generous, creative, and loving personality that Kevin did.
Kevin, who graduated from Brockport High School in 1993, lost his father, Timothy Grady, in 1993. Kevin is survived by his mother, Barbara (Snell) Grady, as well as his brother, Sean (Victoria) Grady, and his sister, Heather (Jeffery) Zielinski. Kevin was a graduate of Brockport High School in 1993. On Friday, September 15, from 4 to 7 pm, visitors are welcome to pay their respects to Kevin at the Fowler Funeral Home, which is located at 340 West Ave. in Brockport.
“Please remember him as he was – a devoted husband, magnificent father, fun-loving competitor, fierce friend, and a strong man who loved to make a long story longer as he told it with a twinkle in his eye,” the Grady family has asked. “He was a strong man who loved to make a long story longer as he told it with a twinkle in his eye.”
