Jeffrey Cole Obituary, Texas, Community Mourns

Jeffrey Cole Obituary, Death – Jeffrey G. Cole, who was 60 years old and from Irwin, passed away on June 4th, 2023. He is the son of Robert G. Cole of North Huntingdon and Joanne M. Schake Cole of Wilkinsburg, and he was born in Wilkinsburg on October 19, 1962. Jeff attended services at the Immaculate Conception Church regularly.

Before beginning his current position at Duquesne University as a Facility Manager Work Leader, he worked as a bricklayer for Union Local #9 for a number of years. A few of Jeff’s most cherished things included: everything related to Batman; his passion for sports in general, especially those played by his children, grandchildren, and various nieces and nephews.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly; anything sweet; and his extensive knowledge of music. Some of the “Jeff moments” that stand out to us the most include his high-pitched cackle, his “Jeffisms,” his imitation of Edith Bunker, his animated storytelling, and his commitment to his business, his family, and his friends.

In Jeff’s reality, he had already reached the age of 61. Everyone is aware that you followed the lyrics of “Stairway to Heaven.” In addition to his parents, Jeff is survived by his three children, Taylor Gaudi (Greg) of North Huntingdon, Jeremy Cole of Irwin, and Justin Cole (Aly Boyce) of Baltimore, Maryland; his four grandchildren, Ethan, Jacob, Lilly, and Nolan Gaudi; Taylor’s mother, Susan Koury; Jeremy and Justin’s mother, Angela George Cole; two sisters, Nadine Naumilket (Marty) of Medina.

OH On Wednesday, a celebration of Jeffrey’s life will be held at the Ott Funeral Home, Inc., located at 805 Pennsylvania Avenue, Irwin, and can be reached at (724) 863-8900. The event will take place from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and again from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Prayers of farewell will be offered in the funeral home on Thursday at 9:15 a.m., and then the funeral Mass will be said in the Immaculate Conception Church in Irwin at 9:30 a.m., with Father John A. Moineau officiating. After the service, the burial will take place in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Irwin.
