Janice Wissert Obituary,  Death – It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Janice Wissert, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Janice departed from this world on September 11, 2023, at the age of 78, following a valiant battle with cancer. Janice’s memory lives on through her loving family, including her children: Karen (Steve) Aleck, Brian (Lisa) Wissert, and Matthew Wissert, as well as her beloved granddaughter, Kayleigh Aleck. She also leaves behind her faithful companion, Zippy Comfort Dog, a constant source of comfort and solace.

A service to celebrate Janice’s remarkable life will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, located at 405 South Rush Street in Roselle, IL, on Sunday, September 17. The visitation period will commence at 1 pm, followed by the funeral service at 2 pm.
