It is with great regret that we share this news with you. Mississippi is the state in which Howard Edwin Palmes III made his debut. Because of our strong relationship with him, we are saddened to inform others of his demise.

After he moved away, he abandoned his family and friends, and they are the ones who are left to lament his departure. Frances Lannom Palmes and Howard Edwin Palmes, Jr., both of his parents, had already departed the country before he did. Frances was his mother’s name, and Howard was his father’s name. He was their only child. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; his daughters, Lydia Palmes of Huntsville, Deborah Harris (Rick) of San Diego, California, and Suzanne Harris (Don) of Scottsboro, Alabama; and his grandsons, Ryan Jesse Harris of Huntsville and Jason Howard Harris of Scottsboro, Alabama.

In addition, he leaves behind two great-grandchildren. In addition to that, he has two great-grandchildren who will miss him. In addition to that, he is survived by two great-grandchildren who will be devastated to learn of his passing. In addition to this, his grandchildren have deserted him and are now living their own lives. In lieu of sending flowers, the Palmes family prefers that memorial donations be made to a charity of one’s choosing in honor of Howard Palmes. These contributions can be made in Howard’s name.
