Evonnie Nicole Caceres Car Accident, Burbank CA, Saugus Woman Killed In Fatal Burbank Crash

Evonnie Nicole Caceres Obituary, Death – The Burbank Police Department and Burbank Paramedics were dispatched to the intersection of Victory Boulevard and Magnolia Boulevard at around 2:15 p.m. on September 3, 2023, in response to a report of a traffic incident involving two vehicles.

“When the cops arrived, they discovered a woman who had sustained substantial injuries and was seated in the passenger seat of a white Dodge Challenger. She was taken to Holy Cross Medical Center, where it was determined that she had passed away while she was there. According to a statement released by the Burbank Police Department, the male motorist suffered moderate injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital where he was treated for injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

Witnesses told the Burbank Police Department that Caceres and her friend were traveling in a Dodge Challenger when they suddenly sped through an intersection just as a black Nissan SUV was completing a left turn heading eastbound. This led to a collision, as stated by the Burbank Police Department.

“As a result of the collision, the driver of the Dodge lost control of his vehicle and collided with the curb, traffic signal pole, and power pole on the northeast corner of Victory Boulevard and Magnolia Boulevard,” officials from the Burbank Police Department explained. “[T]he collision occurred on the northeast corner of Victory Boulevard and Magnolia Boulevard.”

The people who were traveling in the second vehicle were not hurt in the collision and remained at the scene to communicate with the police. A pedestrian who had been standing at the street corner when debris from the incident struck them. The pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital where they were treated for injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening. It is not known whether drugs, alcohol, or a combination of both were factors in this crash. It is possible that both drugs and alcohol were involved.
