Bethany Poon Obituary, University of Alberta Student Has Sadly Passed Away

Bethany Poon Obituary, Death – In memory of Bethany Poon, an undergraduate student at the University of Alberta who passed away while she was enrolled in the Department of Biological Sciences (Cell Biology), which is a part of the Faculty of Science, the banner of the university will be flown at half-mast from September 11-14, 2023. This will be done in commemoration of Bethany Poon.

Bethany delighted in spending time with her God, her family, her friends, her coworkers, the piano, music, singing, brain teasers, reading, research, providing care for others, holding babies, and snuggling with her pet Peanut. She also liked playing the piano and singing. She also delighted in the presence of the things that made her happy, such as Peanut. She cherished their company. She also had a lot of talent on the piano, which was another instrument she enjoyed playing.

On the morning of August 27, 2023, she passed away in South Surrey, British Columbia, after a long and happy life. It was around that time that she passed away. After Bethany passed away, only her three younger brothers—Josiah, Joshua, and Jacob—continued to live; they are the only members of her family to have done so at any point in time. Her mother and father, whose names are Carolyn and John, are both still here with us at the present time.
