Allison was an integral part of our institute, and her presence will be greatly missed. Just a few weeks ago, she achieved a well-deserved victory by winning the best handicrafts prize at the Nairn show for the exquisite handbag she had crafted. This accomplishment brought immense joy to Allison, as it was her first rosette win. Her passion for crafts was evident in all her creations.
Throughout the past year, Allison generously dedicated her time to assisting us by taking minutes during our meetings. Her meticulous note-taking ensured that our discussions were accurately documented and promptly typed up after each gathering.
Allison’s funeral will be held on Tuesday, the 19th of September, at David M Ellen’s Chapel on Grantown Road in Nairn, commencing at 2 pm. In honoring Allison’s vibrant spirit, her husband Sandy kindly requests that attendees refrain from wearing black ties and instead opt for bright and cheerful attire.
